Heidi Schreiner - Eyes on You

Eyes on you is my oil painting of an owl -- super close up. I am intrigued with owl eyes. Such beautiful creatures. 

One time we helped a barred owl (sometimes referred to as a barn owl) go to rehab. Ha! He had an injured wing. Fortunately, we were able to find a local non-profit that helps our feathered friends. She took 'Dr. Woo' (Yep, we named him) and nursed the owl back to health.
